Position Overview
Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join a dedicated elementary school team in Hollister, California for the 20252026 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students with a range of communication needs, including those with multiple disabilities, in a structured and collaborative educational setting.
Responsibilities

Plan and implement individualized speech and language therapy for students, including those with multiple handicapping conditions

Maintain accurate and confidential clinical files, evaluation records, observations, and therapy recommendations

Conduct assessments and develop measurable goals and objectives based on student needs
-
Collaborate with instructional staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective service plans
-
Monitor and report student progress toward speech and language goals
Qualifications

Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (required)

ASHA CCCs preferred; strong Clinical Fellow applicants will be considered

Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is a plus

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
